Invest in the new city centre of Tychy
Tychy is a young yet thriving city with an area of 81.81 km2, located in southern Poland, in Metropolis GZM, neighbouring the regional capital – Katowice.
It was built from scratch in the 1950s and is well-known in Poland thanks to its urban planning history. However, Tychy has been waiting for a proper city centre for 70 years. It was included in the original plans but has never been built.
Now we get a chance to fill the gap with sustainable urban fabric.
We are looking for partners to develop 15 hectares of space in the very heart of the city - the space that is strategically situated, well-connected and full of useful urban amenities. The key assumption is sustainability based on mixed-use developments, compactness, diversity, innovation and greenery.
A masterplan which will present a vision of the future city centre of Tychy is under development. It will provide an investment framework allowing various partners to find a convenient piece of land to engage in a process that is unique on a national level. What’s important it will be a result of currently undergoing public engagement!
Become our partner and join us in building an inclusive, sustainable, resilient and thriving city centre for Tychy!
Let’s breathe a new life into our city!
