It's time for the 16th edition of our Tychy Grand Prix in Long Distance Running!
MOSiR Tychy, together with the Association for the Promotion of Athletics in Tychy, organizes the 16th edition of the Tychy Grand Prix in Long Distance Running:
1st run - February 5, 2023
2nd run - February 26, 2023
3rd run - March 26, 2023
4th run - November 26, 2023
5th run - 03/12/2023
6th run - December 17, 2023
Registration and start at KS Paprocany at ul. Sikorskiego 110. Registration at 9:00 - 9:45, start of the run at 10. The entry fee - payable on the day of the event - is PLN 20.

Points obtained in all heats count towards the overall score.
The most important information from the regulations:
- Both ladies and gentlemen can start in 5 km and 10 km.
- A participant who signs up for a given distance in the first run must complete the distance declared in the first run in order to be counted in the general classification for the last run. After changing the distance, the competitor can only participate "out of competition".
- The entry fee is increased, i.e. PLN 20 per run. We provide final prizes, and each participant who completes at least 4 runs will receive a commemorative sports gadget. During each run, we provide changing rooms and hot drinks.
